By requesting and accepting an appointment with Under Your Skin Clinic, you hereby agree to
the following:
Booking / Deposit Fee:
Under Your Skin Clinic is open by appointment only and bookings are essential. Bookings can
be requested by phone, through the link in our website or social media pages.
As most appointments are 1 to 1 ½ half hours in duration, all bookings require a non-refundable
booking fee of $50 to secure your appointment. This fee will automatically come off your
account on the day of treatment.
Your appointment is not secured until this fee has been received. A minimum of 48 hours’
notice is required to reschedule any appointments.
Payment
Payment is to be finalised at the completion of each appointment, which can be completed via
Cash, EFTPOS (MasterCard & Visa) or by Electronic Bank transfer (EFT) payment. For your
convenience we also offer AFTERPAY.
Attendance
Your appointment time has been reserved for you. Please ensure you arrive on time to your
appointment. As Under Your Skin clinic operates on a back-to-back appointment basis.
If you are running late, please notify Under Your Skin Clinic as soon as you can, so we can try
our best to accommodate you. If not, we will need to reschedule your appt which may result in
your appointment being cancelled and booking fee being forfeited.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows
We understand that unexpected circumstances come up, however should you need to cancel
or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours notice will result in your booking deposit
being forfeited. Naturally discretion will be used to possibly waive this fee.
Due to the time frame each appointment requires, No Shows are strictly not accepted. Failure
to show for an appointment will result in forfeiting booking fee.
Illness
If you are showing any signs of illness or have a member of your household unwell, please
reschedule your appointment.
If you do present to your appointment with visible signs of illness you will be turned away and
classed as a ‘no show’ and will result in forfeiting booking fee.
